What does the Magpul BAD do, and how does it work?
BAD stands for “bolt assist device.” It is an extension that attaches to the bolt release and comes down by the trigger allowing you to release the bolt with your trigger finger without having to removing your hand from the pistol grip. Without it you’d have to use you support hand to either push the bolt release or hit/slap the left side of the weapon after loading a fresh magazine. It saves time and allows you to get back on target quicker.
Do they install easy?

Tried to search it, as already stated. Found nothing within the first 2 pages.
Just checking. That is a big thing to do here before asking a simple question that can be answered with a quick search.
The first ? the what is it and what does it do? would be an easy thing to find from the search button or even google.
