the right thing to do would be to send me my product as i have paid for it. his inability to figure out paypal shouldnt be my problem. as of now he is stonewalling me. and im out my ammo. moral of the story is dont buy from people who dont know what their doing.

Magic Man: I had a PP account a while back & closed it b/c they tried screwing me. This account I just made is having the same issues. As a result, I cannot use or withdraw the money you sent. End quote:temp limitations happen to me all the time. just do what the ask and then youll be able to transfer to your account or get a check. in the interm if i upgrade this dispute to a claim it will take for ever to clear and your account will just be limited longer not to mention were using paypal for ammunition which is against there policy.

Just don’t deal with this guy. Lack of intelligence is obvious and moral fiber is weak. as far as im concerned this is theft.
