Searches didn’t come up with much. Has anyone ever used or found a buttstock mag pouch that can hold a 20rd pmag that is not held closed with velcro. I was looking for something like a fastmag. This is for a duty rifle.
CAA has a Pictatinny rail solution similar to what you are speaking about.

Great idea but the agency would never allow the changing out of the buttstock. Sad but true.
Why not use a RediMag or Magpul coupler?
Agency rules up here are very tight. It has taken the range staff years to fight to get aimpoints. A better buttstock carrier is all that would be allowed
