This just released from the DOD, years of field testing with troops looking to stay in the best possible shape while being armed and slightly buzzed, brings the new Sled-O-War. The Sled-O-War is slated to be sent to 'Merica’s Tier One SOF units for additional testing, and then to mil training facilities world wide. A civilian version is slated for 2016.
Will: I’ve been looking for a sled that has replaceable “feet.” Feet as in where the sled makes contact with the ground. I’d assume me running up and down the street with it will quickly wear them out. I can probably fab some up, but would still need a replaceable feature. I could cut off and reweld but I’d prefer not to. If you can give me a recommendation and place to buy, it will be ordered tomorrow.
Now that’s what I’m talking about.
How much beer can it hold?
The sled I have done vast majority of my vids on, the Prowler II by Elite FTS has heavy duty skids that can be replaced. Mine sled does too but is currently back ordered for a while as the manufacturer is moving production locations.
Best not to drink and push to much, so one 16oz bottle.
Ordered.
LOL. That looks far better than the tactical wheelbarrow.
I should hope so!
The Prowler II is the reference sled by which all others are judged. The only thing better is my sled if one wants a commercial grade sled also breaks down for storage and easy transport. Tell the people at Elite I sent you. They used a few of my vids on their site for the Prowler II I made with the SWAT/tac LE team.
Draggin’ that thing around looks crazy in vids. Can’t wait to get my puke on.
It is the single most effective S&C tool I’m aware of. You’ll a lot of top trainers/coaches agree with that assessment per prior posts. Tons of good sled pushing info on Elite site and others. If you want to try a program that integrates it into a total program, see my Sled-Centric program. If new to the sled, keep bucket close by as “Push Sled Flu” is common. :bad:

And, This lady on her 102d Birthday!
I am going to treat my first wk. or so just like when I began BJJ. I puked after every mat session for the first wk. or so. Simply part of the price of admission.
