So I took a trip to the range today and was testing out my 10.5 triarc pistol and my scout light turned on by itself. No pressure pad mount and didn’t have my hand near the button. Now everytime I tap it it comes on. Anyone else ever experience that?

I had the same issues with all 3 of my lights mounted to my rifles. I contacted Surefire and they sent 5 tail caps to me. Told me to try them all out, keep the ones that work and return the ones giving me the problems.
Those new tail caps work without issue. It’s been 3 years and haven’t had a problem. I returned the others.
