this has probably been asked before but the search function isn’t working too well for me so…
anyway, does the aimpoint m2 offer any advantage over the t1 besides price?
i know the t1 is lighter and smaller but is there anything about the m2 that that would make it better choice that a t1?
What kind of carbine? If you’re going for lightweight then the T1.
I personally prefer the larger tube of the M-series.
But I also prefer 2 MOA over 4 MOA dot… another consideration. If you’re going to use in conjuction with a magnifier, the 4 MOA dot looks pretty terrible.
I’ve owned M3, M4, and H1 and have sold all but the Comp M4.
The M2 and larger aimpoints are more forgiving of shooting from awkward positions. But if your going red dot I prefer the T1.

whatever i get it will be going on a 10.3" gun as soon as the stamp comes back and will mostly be for HD and trips to the range. sucks that non of the shops around here carry anything but cheap knockoff sights, i would really like to try them out before deciding
