Isn’t Sabre Defence now qualified to bid on this contract? Not sure if any others besides Colt and FN would be in the running.
Sabre had just won the contract. But since they have been shut down for an ATF investigation, they arent producing what the Army needs…anything.
I believe Sabre is back up and running, although I’m not sure they have received first article approval from the Government yet.
