Does anyone have any good info on it. I live in cali so an SBR is out of the question. They have one at a shop close by. It is the closest thing I can own. I just want to know if it actually functions decently and is somewhat accuate. I have 2 M14s and I am considering selling one to buy it. Any info would be good. Thanks

Got mine last year in August. Absolutely the best CQB for protection work I have used to date. Used in Helo’s, Jets, vehicles, ships, narrow stairwell’s, multi unit structures tough to beat.
Vortex or ACC flashiders make a HUGE difference…

I do some shooting with law enforcement on private ranges. will that upper work on any ar lower or does there need to be changes to the buffer spring/tube. I’m just not familiar with LWRC or gas piston systems.

That upper will work on any AR lower.
Of course use the appropriate buffer weight/spring i.e. carbine vs. fixed stock etc.
Be advised lower NEEDS to be registered as a PISTOL.
Otherwise NFA violation.
LWRCi uses a proprietary Gunsmoke Ind. buffer/spring/tube etc. on theirs. You may use Spikes, RRA or any other Pistol tube/buffer/spring w/ tube BUT NOT in conjunction with standard Carbine tube as it is an NFA issue at that point due to compatability with stock. Constructive intent would most likely be the grey area.

Piston guns have ZERO differences in the lowers as a general rule. Timing problems are another issue.
