Whats your guys thoughts on running a Vltor A5 buffer system on the M6 IC rifle. Improve performance or fine without it?
I tend to go the opposite way as I feel that certain NFA items (Suppressors and SBRs) are well suited for HD. I look at them as harder-to-get, purpose built items. Now MGs and DDs would be different . I would relish those as “fun” items.
I will start saving for when I do find a KAC SBR or they start making them again.
Don’t mean to derail, but we (KAC) are making the Mod 2 CQB this year, and we have a few of the Mod 1 style CQBs on the shelf.
What about the carbine (14.5")? And does this include uppers as well?
Are currently taking orders for the 14.5, to include uppers.

They moved away from dimpled on the mod 2; they are now just lighter profile barrels instead
Booo! That’s too bad. Guess I’ll have to save up for the Mod 1 14.5 upper as well.
I don’t mean to rain on your parade but they are no longer making them and haven’t for several months now. When they were making them they were likem1,800-1,900 for an upper, now finding a new one will likely run you 2,300-2,400 if/when you find one up for sale.
No, I know. That’s why it will become another project to save up or find a miracle for.
