I got a LPK and the hammer is marked with E4. Can someone tell me who makes it?

Got it from an acquaintance so I have no idea. I don’t need to use it, but I would still like to know who makes it. As you probably know, it’s not marked like any other hammer that I have, or have seen.
Is “E4” the only marking on the hammer?

That is it. The lump has been removed from the hammer or it never had one. I have a couple of DPMS LPK’s and this one didn’t match them so your thinking M-16 converted to AR-15? Would the quality be comparable to DPMS AR-15 LPK’s? Thank you for the response.
