Lpk for noveske lower?

I have a G&R lpk in my Noveske lower and it is a good quality kit, I liked that I could order it w/o specific parts I already had, like the trigger. A friend bought a DD kit that was also nice, I think both are fine choices.

I have a coworker that swears by colt lpk’s but I don’t have any personal experience with them.

I’ll throw in another name…RB Precision. I don’t know if anyone else has had experience with their LPKs but mine has been good. Pretty nice trigger too…when I got it, it was only $60

You still can’t go wrong with G&R/LMT though

I’m doing the same thing and am buying mine from Grant tomorrow to put in a Noveske lower. I have no worries

I don’t buy standard LPK’s because they usually come with parts that I don’t want to use … eg. I want a bigger trigger guard, aftermarket trigger, ambidextrous selector, stainless steel detents … so I end up buying all the parts separately. I get things like the springs, buffer detent, bolt catch, mag release from Brownells or Midway. I’ve been plagued by bad bolt catches on the last couple of rifle’s I’ve built, never had an issue with a Colt bolt catch (at about 3x the price, though).

I use the same method. I picked up several ArmaLite spring and detent kits several years ago. Pick and choose my other small parts. I may try one of the G&R Tactical LPK’s, they appear very nice.
