Looking to lessen gas blowback on 2 AR’s:
300blk AAC 9" with a URX3.1 rail
5.56 14.5" on a LW barrel (.625) with a 13.5" Noveske NSR rail.
From experience with these rails, which adjustable is going to fit without contact.
Gov? Syrac? Etc.

I would recommend SLR
You’re going to get a few recommendations for the SLR.
There are a lot of options now, at least three adjustable at the carrier or gas key, many at the block, switchable is not the same as adjustable imo, then there is adjustable-switchable, so if you can be a little more specific about what you end goal is. Is it cutting down over-gassing (doubt it with the AAC barrel), tuning for a specific ammo, suppressed-only?
I run the slr adjustable on my 11.5" 5.56 as well as my 6" 300blk. I like the fact that it can be adjusted without depressing a detention like the syrac and doesn’t need small pieces like the governator.
On the 5.56 it’s useful as I run a large variety of ammo through it, both suppressed and unsuppressed.
On the 300blk I don’t really think it’s necessary, at least in my case. I run only 187 and 220 grain subsonic and only suppressed and don’t need to fiddle with the adjustment in either case. One day I’ll probably remove it and go with a standard gas block. I think you’ll see hear this again with 300blk…

I’ve used Syrac and SLR. Here’s they deal…
Once you start to close it off, the “extra” gas has to go somewhere besides into the tube. One suppressed this problem is exacerbated. On the Syrac, it vents through the ball and spring hole. I’m right handed so that equals all over my left hand. On the SLR, the threads are designed a bit oversized so it vents forward. As long as you’re not an idiot and grabbing onto the barrel, your hand stays pretty clean.
They’re both good blocks. If you’re going to be mainly suppressed and using an open rail like a KMR, I’d go with the SLR. If you’re going to have a lot of rail coverage then a Syrac would probably work fine too.
My MicroMOA does that too. The gas vents out the side. It bothered me so much I put some keymod rail covers on (that solved the problem for me).
It works as designed, and I have no blow-back issues and recoil is smooth and light. Using an AAC BCG and A5 RE.
The new Gen II Syrac gas blocks are adjustable with only a hex key. Easy, one handed operation.
I’ve been really happy with the MicroMOA Govnah on my 11.5" 5.56. I run this carbine almost exclusively suppressed, but I like having the ability to quickly switch to unsuppressed without having to adjust a screw. The gas does vent to the side, but the only thing it does is make your support hand a bit dirty.
Picked up a SLR for the 5.56 14.5". This will be used in a few competitions non suppressed and suppressed other range days.
