While in the local shop today I saw a CMMG Upper with a 13.7" Barrel w/2.5" Krink Flash Hider for a total of 16" It was also equipped with a full Length Midwest Ind. quad rail. I liked it, however I would prefer not buy from that shop because they are known for price gouging…they wanted $1K for this particluar upper. Just wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to find the same or similar set up somewhere else? Any help would be appreciated.

Couldn’t find those specs using their online system…so I sent them an email with my request, so I’m sure I’ll hear back from someone soon.
1000 is too steep for that upper. It shouldn’t run more than $899.99.
Also, that break apparently gums up with carbon build after awhile. This is just conjecture though, I was reading about those krinks earlier.
Thanks for the info…yeah i figured that was too much as that shop overprices everything! Good info on the Krink as well…especially since it would be perm attached.
