Looking for a Noveske "cosmetic second" lower

Could anyone point me in the right direction to locate a Noveske cosmetic second N4 lower receiver ? Any help would be appreciated.

Just how blemished are they?

I can’t find the “blemish” on mine. Roll marks look perfect, no scratches, or marks that I can see. Someone said that the lowers are identified as blemished before they are anodized, so the anodizing may cover the blemish. I don’t know if that is true or not.

I got mine from Grant and other then a very faint scuff near the rollmark it looks new. I am happy with the purchase as it matches my upper perfectly.
