I’m a former SF soldier, but I’ve been out of the Army and on desk jobs for the last 20 years. It’s time to get back in shape, but the equipment I see in gyms today is nothing like what we had back in the day.
I just turned 50, so I’m worried about getting hurt by equipment I don’t understand, so I’m looking for a seriously squared-away gym and trainer in Seattle.
Any recommendations?
