Looking for a glock 19 w/ rmr and tlr-1 holster

Need something IWB with a pretty extreme cant, 20-25 degrees. Don’t know if it would matter to whoever is making the holster, but the RMR is behind the rear sight. Here is a picture of the pistol I’m needing kydex for. Any help would be great. Thanks.
