Where can I find a stripped KAC AR15 f/r//a/m/e ? Sorry, it has been a long day painting rooms for my family for free. I wanted to type Reciever.
You mean receiver? 
Are you referring to the lower receivers that Silencer Talk had as a Christmas cheer event years ago? If so, then good luck finding one as they are nearly impossible to find and when they do show up come with a hefty premium attached. Assuming you are talking about their E3 lowers then you can’t get them stripped and even if you could I believe they have proprietary parts due to be an ambidextrous design and as such your standard LPK (Lower Parts Kit) wouldn’t work. If you are referring to the upper receiver that they had as part of the Christmas Cheer event at Silencer Talk then you are again going to find a difficult time getting it as they are nearly impossible to find.
EDIT: Lawdog, I have read your edit, but that still doesn’t answer which receiver you are referring to as both of the ones from Silencer Talk were stripped, stripped lowers and stripped uppers. Either way, I wish you the best of luck as those Silencer Talk receivers rarely come up for sale.
Someone else asked a similar question recently. You won’t get a stripped one, more than likely but you can get complete lowers through various sources.
