We’re not new age in any sense of the word but I understand where you’re coming from. After doing tons of research it’s astounding how horrible the track record is for hospital births in the U.S. Mother & infant delivery mortalities in this country are some of the absolute worst in the entire world! You’re much safer at home with a competent birthing team.
Check out “The business of being born”, it’s on Netflix and you can stream it. Decent documentary on the subject.
