LMT's MRP built in midpoint swivel mount

UPS surprised me today with another LMT MRP upper.
They filled this order in less than 10days…fast service.
I had noticed on my first MRP the midpoint built in
quick detached swivel mount…never gave it another thought…
LMT’s web site and catalog does not mention this mount
in any of the specifications of the MRP…unless I justed missed it.
I’ve always used a Daniel Defense Rail Swivel Mount on the rails
rear most position, but this built in mount really cleans up the look
and it’s solid.

Can’t wait to get my hands on LMT’s Piston Conversion when it come out!!!

MRP’s are filled with nice little things like that.

For instance, angle drilled gas ports that greatly reduce gas port erosion.

I had to go look at my MRP that I bought in 2005. It doesn’t have the integral QD sling mount hole. It has more of the receiver hogged out ahead of where the sling mount hole is on your MRP.

Nice touch.
