does anyone have a direct phone/email contact for a sales rep. at LMT? I am having an issue with one of their authorized dealers in sending me a replacement 308 rifle. I know LMT sales people were at Shot last week but if you have a direct point of contact at LMT in the sales area, I would appreciate some info. I already left a voicemail with the head director of sales, Monica (the front sale office transferred me to her voicemail) but would like to double my efforts and contact someone else.
CAll this number and ask for Ryan. Not today though. It’s been busy and he’s not picking up. First day back from shot. If you don’t mind waitng you might get through.
Better off emailing him, he checks them in the am and gets back to you immediately. Nothing but praise for all the times hes helped + great products = loyal customer!
