LMT rear sight question

Quick question about the LMT rear sight. I’m use to seeing the rear sight as with the large cross bolt/screw that protrudes on the left side of the rifle. Watching this video by the Vuurwapen Blog at 1:31 there is a shot of the LMT rear sight from the left side and it doesn’t have the large cross bolt. Does anyone know how to obtain this attachment method? Who offers it? Home brewed?

That is home brewed OP. Guys have been doing that for several years. You can pick up the nut at Home Depot or Lowe’s for a few pennies.
