LMT buffer tube milspec?

Does the LMT Defender 2000 with SOPMOD stock have a milspec buffer tube?

I’m pretty sure the answer will be yes, but wanted to be sure.

If by “milspec”, you mean that
[ul]
[li]it accepts regular (non-commercial) buttstocks
[/li][li]it has rolled threads, rather than cut threads
[/li][li]the rear of the receiver extension tube is square, rather than cut at an angle
[/li][/ul]

Then yes.

But, it also differs from a regular Colt M4 buttstock in the following ways.
[ul]
[li]it has 6 positions, rather than 4
[/li][li]the 3 rearmost detents are drilled for water drainage
[/li][li]it’s coated with a gray dry lube coating inside and out
[/li][/ul]

So in the absence of knowing what you meant by “milspec”, I hope this information is helpful.

Yes, it is.

A simple Google search would have answered this.
