I’ve not handled the LMT trigger group but have the RRA. Just from looking at pics on-line, they look identical. Can anyone with firsthand experience/knowledge tell me if they are essentially the same aside from the name/manufacturer?

Thanks man. I currently have one AR with a RRA 2 stage and my 3gun rifle has a Chip McCormick single stage. I was just curious on the differences. I guess I should learn the search function. Thanks for pointing out the info.
I have a LMT Defender 2000 with the 2 stage trigger and it’s good but not the greatest trigger I’ve ever had. Then gun is releatively new so the trigger only has about 3000 rounds on it. It came very gritty out of the box but smoothed up at about 1000 rounds. I like it and will keep it in my gun until it goes tits up and then I will replace it with either a stock LMT or a Geissele service model. So far so good. Not one issue.
I have a Geissele service model in another gun and it is the heat! 7000 rounds and not one hiccup. I would be curious to hear what those who have had one in a gun for an excessive round count have to report.
Geissele makes on the few combat rated triggers on the market and is also the best IMHO.
