I decided to put together a SPR and figured I might as well put in a nice triggr to go with the upper. I hear some below average thing on some of the 2 stage triggers and the good ones are hard to get ahold and backordered. What do you guys think of the LMT?
I’ve got a two-stage LMT trigger in my 14.5" LMT Defender. Very nice & crisp. No problems or complaints with it.
FWIW - I have one LMT 2 stage that has maybe 4k through it and it is begining to double. I have LMT, RRA, RRA by Holinger, and Geislle 2 stage triggers.
My LMT is no better than my RRA.
IMHO RRA by Holinger is the best value and is a very fine trigger.
Both my RRA and RRA by Holinger have several k fired and seem to be holding up very well.
Geiselle is definately the best of what I have. I only have 750 or so rounds through it so no long term info (but it has definately been checked out long term). The cost and availbility is an issue.
I don’t have a RRA, but I am running a Geiselle (sp?) in one of my STAG carbines. I like it a lot, but I’ve only got about 400 rounds through it yet as this was a recent build. Time will tell, but I think this one is a keeper. As for the LMT, haven’t had a single problem thus far.
Is the LMT easy to install?
Two pins.
Just like a Rock River or any standard fire control group.
Thanks I have never seen one so I figured I beeter ask.
