LMS Defense - Intermediate Pistol Clinic

Tuition: $175 ($50 off total cost if Pistol, Carbine and Medical are taken together)
Course Description:
This fast paced course will focus on the fundamentals of fighting with a pistol, applied under stress. Topics will include use of cover/barricade shooting, multiple target engagement, shooting on the move, developing speed and accuracy at different ranges, and conventional and one handed malfunction clearance drills.
There will be a low light component to the course.
Student Prerequisites:
This is not an introductory course. You will need to show up with known good equipment. You will need to be able to handle, shoot and move with your weapon safely as well as have a good understanding of the manual of arms for your chosen weapon.
Equipment required:
-Positive, winning attitude
-Handgun and at least 3 magazines
-Weapon mounted light or handheld light
-600 rounds of pistol ammunition minimum
-Holster and magazine pouches
-Cover garment if you regularly carry your weapon concealed
-Pen and notebook
-Hat or other head covering
-Knee and elbow pads
-Eye and ear protection
-Sunscreen or raingear (as applicable)
-Adequate personal water supply
-Sack lunch and snack food (We do not leave the range for lunch)
-Recommended: Please bring the gear you will have with your pistol in a fight, i.e.: tactical vest, duty belt, bug out rig, etc.
