I have for sale a like new in box Gen 3 Glock 27. I would say it is in 98-99% condition. It has no holster wear or cosmetic wear whatsoever. I purchased it a few months back and took it on one trip to range and never carried it. It has less than 75rds thru it. It functioned flawlessly with no malfunctions of any kind. All ejection was perfect as well no erratic ejection what so ever. Since the range trip it has sat in the factory box. You will get all the paperwork that comes with a new Glock such as warranty card, owners manual, fired casings, etc. It has a Pearce grip plug installed. The trigger guard has been reduced by a professional gunsmith to aid in faster draws and easier re holstering. The work was done on the front bottom edge of the trigger guard. The edge of it was removed and rounded off. Rear sight does have a slight scratch on it but nothing that is major or affects function.
Gun will come with 2 mags one of which has a Pearce grip extension on it.
