585x3 beltless- Yes im wearing a ski mask, I lift in my garage and in the winter it drops down to 0 degrees on bad days.

Post em up

I don’t really move enough weight to merit a video, personally. Those are pretty cool though. The 500 bench vid scared me a bit, that’s a lot of weight for a an attempt without a spotter (or two).

Going heavy in a garage in sub-freezing temps is pretty hardcore. I’m still envious that you have your own equipment. Looks like you’ve got most of the essentials.

No squat vids?

It’s never too early to merit a video. As for the bench, the safety rails are right at chest level, if I drop my arch or bring the bar to my neck the bar will catch on them. Hardest part is staying tight without an actual lift off. I generally lift alone so spotters are out if the question for the most part. I’ve got pretty much everything I need in there though. Barbells, specialty barbells, rack, deadlift platform, adjustable DBs to 90 then traditional to 120, bands, t bar, etc… I love not having to walk more than 15 feet to go to the gym. Winter is hell though, insulating it this summer though. Just been putting it off as its two stories and three bays, so a big hassle. No squat videos online, I lost most of my training videos when I switches phones sadly.
