My coworker is a very talented man. He has many hats that he wears at work, thus very knowable person to get information from. One such skill-set is his passion for firearms in its entirety. Well, he was recently face with an event that I hope no one would ever have to endure.

My comprehension seems to be lacking a bit to follow the story. Help me clarify, E. Cross shot his Fathers live in Girlfriends son who was a known criminal after he pulled a knife? …or am I completely wrong?
As someone who has dealt with a similar situation, I can say even though we know we should remove ourselves from the situation, you never really know how bad or threatening the situation is until crunch decision time.
