Anyone running one of these? Did a search nothing came up. Got a bud thinking about one. Is the 1X close to a true 1? Is the lit dot good for bright sun?
The 1x is about the best 1x I’ve seen in a variable scope, short of an S&B. Very clear glass and a daylight bright dot. It’s also very light, compared to a Vortex razor or Leupold Mk6. The only drawback is the reticles. It can be ordered from the custom shop with the SPR reticle, which is better than the other options.
Dot is good, eye flexibility is good, weight is good, reticles suck if you are used to them providing more than a single usable reference point.
