Leupold Delta Point vs Trijicon RMR for Open Shotgun?

I just ordered this mount and it won’t work with my R1 Aimpoint and I am going to follow some advice I was given that for shotgun a larger reticle would be good. I am debating a Leupold 7.5 Delta point I like the Triangle because my Slugs shoot higher than my shot pattern. I was going to use the tip of the Triangle for slugs and cover the target for shot. But then the RMR looks more rugged it just does not have the reticle I want and I will have to modify the mount to make it work.

I have an RMR that I play with at 1:00 on my AR15. It is way more rugged in appearance than my STS. I really like the fact that you don’t need batteries for the RMR. I’m curios to hear opinions on the Deltapoint vs the RMR. I want to melt a dot sight into the slide of my glock and I’m thinking one if these might be better than the STS that’s currently on it.
