I was given a cqt a while back from a buddy, could not get the battery pack open so I sent it in. They also were going to loosen up the magnification eye piece as it was way to tight. So I get it back today, new battery pack(awesome), fresh new battery(awesome), loose enough to operate the 1-4 power(awesome). But upon turning it on the check out the illuminated reticle nothing(not so awesome). Called Leupold again they are going to pay for return shipping and take a look at it.
So all that said I think Leupold has really great patient customer service, really a nice group of guys. However maybe before sending it back out a little op check would have been nice, lol. But whatever they will take care of it I’m sure.
Anyone else had Leupold scope issues?
