On topic, currently running the HL Impact Sport II, with an OC Tactical padded headband (worth every one of the $20 spent on it) because I got them for stupid cheap a couple black friday’s ago.
So far so good…

Same. HLs and a OC headband, “comms” is an iPhone 6[emoji23]. After I get out of college I’ll pick up some TCI DEHPs to mount on a helmet for a NV host
