I’m looking to buy a Les Baer Custom Carry. I’ve got a TRS, and it’s getting lonely.
I don’t care if the finish is crap, or if it needs minor work. My intention is to get one of these, refinish the entire pistol and add/change a few parts (10-8 trigger, dawson light rail), so if you have an ugly but reliable pistol, that’s what I’m looking for. I’d almost prefer that the finish is worn so I don’t feel like such a tool for refinishing it.
I’ll pay between $1400 and $1500 for a low round count example, but what I’m really after is something below that with more wear, and under that price range.
A Dawson rail attached is worth another $100 for me.
