Any thoughts on the Leatherwood CMR 1-4x? I like the price point, looks like it should be decent, but I have no experience with Leatherwood. I only have experience with Leupold, Aimpoint and Millet.
I just got mine in Friday. I don’t have it mounted yet but it seems like it will be ok for what I bought it for- which is coyote hunting. The glass seems pretty good for a $250 scope. I really like the reticle design, it’s almost exactly what I was wanting. If you do a google search, you will find a couple video reviews that have been done on it already.
I just got it zeroed at 50yds today with a Burris PEPR mount, and all I have to say is I really like it, you can’t beat it for the price. I will post up my video review with target sample once its uploaded to youtube. If your on a budget like me, its IMO the best scope at $250 if you can get them while in stock at natchez. Millets DMS-1 is also a good scope from what I have read, but if you like extra bells and whistle that add even more value to the scope you can’t go wrong with the CMR
