Not mentioned in the above was the Adams Co., Ohio sheriff raid on Afroman’s home where the deputies were able to disable some, but not all, security cameras in the home resulting in the deputies being featured in a couple of music videos they sued over.
The Adams County deputies also stole cash. It is unlikely they could be successfully sued over the theft based on collaborators from another circuit ruling that le are not trained that theft is a 4th amendment violation.
