As the anti 2A/anti-Liberty/anti gun states keep trying to find work arounds from recent SCOTUS rules, they are getting mostly shot down. Latest from the clueless anti gun state of NJ via the Armed Attorneys:
They aren’t trying to get around them. That is easy, just implement systems like the majority of other states with shall-issue CCW states. This isn’t an unknown.
THey are actually trying to RESTRICT even further than they did before. That is blatantly EVIL. THere is no other word for politicians that look at the SCOTUS decisions and decide to double down on restricting our rights.
SCOTUS needs to grab these idiots by the ears and set them straight. No ‘judicial constraint’. These gun grabbers are not operating in good faith. The laws need to be thrown out- they had a chance to implement constitutional laws, but they decided to play games. MAKE THE LOSE, HARD and FAST. After gay marriage emerged from teh quantum legal foam, a clerk in Kentucky had the whole legal and social system come down on her head overnight for not giving out licences. I don’t see the outrage now for the states that are flouting this SCOTUS decision.
LEt me put it this way. The decisions are clear, but if they dick around long enough, and the SCOTUS composition changes- but we all know what the law and decisions mean- but they are able to use those to INCREASE gun control…
