Latest Builds

Hey guys, I have been reading on this forum and asking questions here and there for about a year and a half. I’ve finished three builds recently and I learned a bunch on this site. So I thought I’d give back and let everyone see what the end result is.

I built two SBR’s and one rifle. The SBR’s are chambered in 5.56 and 300 BLK, and the rifle is in 204 Ruger.

First pic is the 300 BLK. It’s the only one that I didn’t build from the ground up. Noveske complete upper with an 8.2" barrel. It’s got a Geisselle super dynamic trigger in the Spikes Lower, with a Magpul ACS-L stock. I put Magpul buis on it, but I took the rear sight off to put a 3X magnifier on and didn’t put it back on. The can is an AAC 762SDN-6.

shooting subs…this thing is stupid quiet.

Next is the 5.56 I built from the ground up. 11.5" Noveske barrel. ASA Upper. Spikes lower with a Geisselle SSA-E trigger. Midwest Industries fore end. It’s got a Weaver 6-24 on it now for load development and hunting. I’ve called and killed three coyotes so far with this gun suppressed.

It’s going to be a toss up as to which gun is my new favorite coyote gun…that 11.5" or this next one.

This one is chambered in 204 Ruger. I know there’s not a lot of interest in this here, but I still think it’s pretty cool. I’ll use this mostly as a coyote hunting gun, and maybe popping prairie dogs. It’s got an 18" Wilson Combat stainless fluted barrel. Mid length gas. Trigger is a 3 lb timney single stage. I ordered the barrel back in March of '13 and got it Feb or this year. Just got it together in time to shoot some handloads out of it for about a week before I deployed again. When I get home I might send it off to get the gas block drilled and pinned…and maybe get the barrel threaded so I can put an AAC muzzle device on it and shoot it suppressed. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

Here’s all three:

Anyway…hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Nice, nice work. When you grow tired of them You can always send them out by me. LOL Have fun

Someone had some money to burn  God I love AR’s.

Hehe…I needed the tax write-off.

That is a really nice collection!

Man…I really need to take some more pics minus the flaming red table cloth! I didn’t realize how annoying that thing is!
