Will the mounting option cost less than the QD lever? When will they be available on the Aimpoint mounts like the I-beam model?
Yes, the VZF model is cheaper. Not sure which one is the I-beam model? Looking at the LaRue site, you can get some of the Aimpoint models in VZF now. Looks like a $25 reduction on most aimpoint mounts.
Yup. The VZF mounts are ~$25 bucks cheaper than the QD’s across the board. Personally, I’ll pay the extra $25 for the QD. LaRues are ALL I run.
