A used LaRue LT606 offset light mount with a Surefire light. I’m not sure what model light it is but the closest thing I’ve found is the G2 Nitrolon. The light was originally FDE but I spray painted it black. Both are used and have some dings but function properly. LaRue sells the mount for $135 and the G2 goes for about $50.
