I was loading mags Sunday about to practice tac reloads and was loading some mags with 1 or 2 bullets. I have 2 L5 mags, 1 M3 Pmag and the rest are m2 pmags. Anyway went I got to the lancer mag I loaded 1 prvi 5.56 and it popped out the feed lip. I started looking at it and it was cracked where the plastic meets the steel feed lips. Then I thought about why and remembered I had dropped it a few weeks ago on the floor in my reloading room(concrete). That sucked and was my fault. As long as it hashes than one cartridge it is fine. I RFID reloads for 20-30 min. With it cracked and it wasn’t a issue but when you thing about it in a combat situation that could f#*% you. I’ve never had a pmag crack. I really like my L5s so I’m not bashing. Just check you’re lancers feed lips periodically.
