Thank you for posting this. The more I read Mr Defoor’s posts and listen to his counsel, the more impressed I am. An excellent teacher as well as a decorated warrior.
You really need to take a class of his. The training he will give you is amazing and it does not matter what skill you have going in, you will get much better.

Oh, I agree. My daughter is entering the Army as an MP this summer. My discretionary income is going in the bank to get her basic and advanced pistol classes, and basic carbine and shotgun classes. Mr Defoor is on the short list for those.
And she’s working on her running and pushups.
