The Personal Defense 1 class begins with classroom time on personal defense planning. Principles that will help you avoid or survive a deadly encounter are taught. We then move to Simunition based scenarios in the home, vehicle and urban environments to demonstrate the principles. The training is as real as it can be without actually getting into a fight. All the time at the range or planning in your head can’t prepare your body to deal with some of the real stresses that will occur.
