Anyone else really digging this (aside from Tim Olyphant’s gun handling)?

Never heard of it, but sounds like I need to check it out.
I really dig the dialogue and colorful characters.
If gun handling was going to bother me I basically couldn’t watch anything.
We loved it. My wife and I never missed it. I hope it comes back for more.

This show has to be right up there with Firefly for the best dialog and characters ever.
It is presently the once show along with Castle I actually miss actively.
I wish it were on HBO! Not bad, it is straining not to be formulaic and predictable. Olyphant is pretty good. Like it since “Burned” has gone too Magnum PI.
I really like the music. Hillybilly rap. Had a buddy from KY that introudced me to it. Interesting sound.
Since Jericho was cancelled I can’t say that I’ve really been into any TV series but I recorded all the first season of Justified and I really liked it. Once I started watching it I knew the writing was top notch and it turns out that Elmore Leonard is the writer and Executive Producer, he’s only the single greatest crime writer living today.

I bet our DVD collections looks a lot alike. Firefly is one of my all time favs, and I love Justified and Castle as well.

The books by Elmore Leonard are pretty good as well. There are at least two that have Raylan in them, the better one being “Riding the Rap”. In fact some of the scenes and at least one episode of Justified are very closely related to “Riding the Rap.”
