Just got my S&W 15-22 FDE Moe version out of jail today and took it to the range. It ran with no FTE or FTF’s running about 250 CCI Blazers through it, so that was nice.
The only hickup I had was actually the 10rd mag, with the load assist button was not allowing the bullets to feed smoothly. Once I took the load assist button off then it would allow the clip to fully pop up to give a smooth feed. This did not happen with the 10/25 cause it did not have the load assist button to block it from full extension.

Nice, was that for the MOE version? It is a fun little gun and well worth the price. This is also holding me over till I get to complete my build which will hopefully completed by end of this year.
I’ve had the standard threaded barrel version for a few months now, also took it out to an appleseed shoot. The thing is a damned sewing machine. It has to be the most reliable 22 I have ever shot, I’ve experienced maybe 2-3 failures in 1500 rounds.
One thing I learned at the appleseed shoot is that it is most definately more accurate than I am with the iron sights. You will most definately enjoy it.
Oh and Blindeye how long have you been lurking on here? “Ozzman”.
Whats up man, not very long - just trying to build up an ar and having issues with the lower . Wanting more posts so I can post a WTB for a stock and some other small parts…
Well your almost there. What lower do you have and what are you going to put on top of it?
I have my spikes lower part built, just waiting to get some money for the BCM 14.5"upper I want to place on it. Then I have my CMMG lower still strip. Planning on putting a 20" barrel on that one.
That sucks. Have you looked at any videos on other people building their lowers? I know there is a bunch on YouTube and even the brownells web site has some build videos.
Yeah your build sounds like a good one. Good luck with it
