Just got an M92 Zastava Pistol...What Stock for SBR?

Not sure what stock to use for my Zastava> Have some time to think since the form 1 is out.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean by “the form 1 is out”? Where exactly is the serial number on your pistol?

I assume he means… he sent out the Form 1.

The best one that I’ve seen a guy welded a Galil Folder on:

I’ve seen conflicting reports but it seems that due to the location of the importers info/serial number it’s impossible to do a traditional folding stock.

That being said, I’m a fan of triangle side folders.

I am thinking about putting an ACE folder with an AR tube and Magpul CTR on mine. But I saw this sweet Russian-style triangle on another forum. He replaced the rear trunnion, and just left out the bottom pin on the left side (to not interfere with the serial #). Pretty Sweet!

Edit: this is the same gun that Breacher gave a link to, but I saw it on a different forum!

Correct stock would be an underfolder, with the Russian/Bulgarian triangle folder being another option as mentioned above.

If your going to really shoot it, the galil or beryl stock will serve you much better.

Serial number placement makes this problematic.

Roger that, I enlarged but still couldn’t tell… If changing rear trunnion is a nogo, Ace adapters and galil/beryl weld ups are still great options. He’s gonna need something to help direct the flame.

If its a 7.62 hands down a side folder. Your cheek and jaw bone will appreciate it if shooting over 20 rounds. I’ve got a Yugo M92 Krink that beats me up but it is compact and accurate enough to hang to. A friend has a Bulgy Krink with a side folder that is a dream to shoot due to cheek weld and recoil.

This is a draco, but it is basically the stock set-up I plan on using. I am going to use a US Palm grip with an Ultimak and a Ronin hand guard up front. Not my pic.

Depends. They’re located either on the back left, or on the front left, depending on when it was imported.

If it’s on the back, a triangle folder should be doable. If it’s on the front left, then an underfolder should be doable.

Keep in mind that the angle of the receiver rear is different for the M92 versus a regular AKM.

Copy that, will be using a thin wedge between the rear trunnion and folding mechanism.

Easy question.
ACE AKFX Stock and a Stormwerkz Stock Folding Mechanism
You’ll need a stock adapter, too.
I have that setup on my VZ-58’s. Love it. It’s the only way to go.

Why not just use the Ace AKFX-FS? Does it not have everything you need?

Nope.

It looks to me like it does based on what’s written on the website, but I’m obviously missing something. Can you please elaborate?

That’s probably one of the coolest Draco’s I’ve ever seen!

The link you posted is for an ACE stock that requires a receiver block. It does not have everything you need.

There is not an ACE Receiver block made to support the M92 pistols.

US Machinegun makes a clean Draco mount, but it is not compatible with the M92:

The Zastava M92 PAP has a slight angle to the rear trunnion, unlike a Draco:

US Machinegun also does make an M92 compatible mount, but it’s a little goofy, IMO.
