For m4c members, when you order from our site, you can put in a note in the shipping instruction section, can be something simple like m4c, we’ll include some swag in the order :smiley:

If you already have some swag from previous orders, you can specify which you’d like. For now, we have T shirts (please let us know L or XL, only sizes we have), baseball hats, patches, extra mounting screws and selector detent springs that we use as swag.

Couple of unofficial rules:

  1. If a customer orders a patch, hat, magnet, swag is automatically thrown in
  2. If a customer requests a drawing on the package, swag is automatically included
  3. Repeat customers always get swag
  4. Mention m4carbine.net, or any clever message in shipping instructions = swag

A customer asked us to draw a monkey fighting a shark on the box, well I’m no artist so I cobbled this up for him :slight_smile:

lol I’ve heard a few different interpretation, some say the shark looks smug or happy, but he does have lazy eyes :lazy2:

Are you still throwing swag in with orders. I recently ordered a BAD-ASS with “m4c sent me” in the notes, but I didn’t get anything. I would have ordered the BAD-ASS regardless and was just wondering.

I thought I’d contribute the turtle I asked you guys to draw on the box. I didn’t get any swag, but the turtle would count. Love the crank and hybrid levers. I can’t wait until the crank makes it into bad-cass form.

Lol we do too! We’d rather take our time to do it right. Our high power laser engraver only belatedly arrived and got set up, we’re nearly there :slight_smile:

Re: pictures on the package, the more complicated request, the harder it is for us to do it. None of us are artists, though we can make beautiful components, we are no painters. The last one took quite a bit of time and it looked like crap, compare it with the first one we did, I noticed a drastic change myself. Could just be lack of time, I didn’t want to delay the shipping because it was held up by us not being able to fill the request for pics :slight_smile:

I hope my turtle didn’t cause any problems, but I thought it looked pretty cool. I would have been happy with some stick turtles quickly penned on the box but you guys went all hollywood with computer graphics.

I’ll make sure to make a simple request when I order the upcoming lower.

Lol it’s no problem, we’ll do our best to draw it as requested, I was disappointed at how crappy it turned out. Spending time on customers is always a good thing :slight_smile:
