JP Buffer for two different SBR Uppers?

The plan is to swap out 9" .300 Blackout and 10.5" 5.56 uppers on one registered lower. I have a JP Silent Captured Spring - small frame. Would this serve well as a common buffer for both (or neither) ? Or should they really have differing weights?

Get rid of it and use a blue Springco spring.

Thanks IG. Wilco. Blue it is. Get rid as in it’s junk or just not for SBR? Okay choice in one of my 16" carbines or middies?

EDIT: Never mind. Orange button 'splained the JP. Will try with a Wylde not in the absolutely must trust rack.
