Finally, some justice. I hope Trump gives Pollard an official pardon as well as an apology and compensation for his suffering and persecution. I really can’t fathom why Mr. Pollard was prosecuted let alone jailed. Thank G-d Netanyahu pushed so hard to get him released. Sharing intel with Israel is our SOP, so this really shouldn’t have been a problem. Possible residual Anti-Semitism in the US military/intel community, but hopefully that has been purged in the intervening decades.

WHAT??? Pollard was helping Israel and the Jewish people. To want to hang Pollard is to want to hang the entire Jewish people, and the equivalent to Nazism.

Well, thankfully, you don’t speak for the overwhelming majority of Jews nor Israeli Jews for that matter. But that’s okay, because you are still a Jew and despite squabbles over tactics/strategy, our people still convene for prayer, dinner, brit milah foreskin removals, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs anyways and agree on the important stuff - that our interests are paramount.

Israel is our ally, but that does not make them perfect. I can even understand that as an independent nation Israel feels the need to to spy on the US. But a traitor deserves to die in pain, Jew or not.

If someone supports Trump, then that means they must support Pollard going free. It would be illogical to do otherwise. He did go free as a result of Trump’s fervent action on Israel’s behalf. Long Live Donald J. Trump!!!

Letting Pollard go back home is the cherry on top of his glorious term as POTUS.

That would be extremely non-Kosher, and please watch your language, sir. And thankfully, “we” (implying the government and you are somehow on the same side) are NOT sending Pollard back in a coffin, nor are “we” doing anything to go against Israeli interests at any point. That is called a clue. Better get used to it.
Being Jewish means one is Chosen. See the Bible, Torah, your own churches, and of course our synagogues for reference. You can interpret that word however you would like, but the end result is clear and indisputable.

Just because he was spying for our “friends” doesn’t make him innocent. The Israelis take care of their own. They have no friends. Anyone who thinks they’re our friends are foolish. He knew the risks. He should die in jail.
