Wow! I’m getting antsy. If I had to do it all over again, I might have skipped the group buy at NES, (we’re building 200 AR-15s) and just bought a receiver and been all built by now. Then again, perhaps there’s a benefit to the wait - after all, I have had some correspondence with some awesome people and read some excellent advice. That and we’re building 200 unique AR-15s: custom serial numbers, logos and builds. If nothing else, it’s a great launching point back into the AR-15 world since the sale of my Colt. Here’s what’s cooking:
-
Anvil Arms Forged Lower
-
Anvil Arms Upper
-
1:9 chrome lined M4 barrel (standard F FSB)
-
Troy Medieval Brake (I’m in Mass)
-
BCM M-16 BCG (Thanks for the guidance Grant)
-
Troy Rear BUIS
-
Troy 7" MRF-DI
-
Trijicon Tripower
-
LaRue LT-150
-
Sully Stock (thanks Thekatar)
-
Vickers Sling, (still trying to decide 2-point or hybrid 1-2)
-
Grants Surefire Package with offset mount
-
Tango Down V Grip, (when the ADS becomes available)
-
Tango Down Battlegrip
Still trying to decide how to side mount a sling with the Sully near the receiver, but other than that - it seems like it’s going to be a nice ride. The lowers are being forged now, the uppers are being engraved with our logo and the parts are trickling in - BCG is next on the list. I can hardly contain myself! Thanks all!
