He had sent an email saying he would purchase said item requested PP info replied M/O only at that point he declined to purchase
Then that’s not welching, and you need to state payment conditions in your For Sale thread.
A LOT of people use Paypal on this board. The majority of the items I have bought here have been with Paypal.
I do not call that welching. If your terms were not made clear up front and were not acceptable to the buyer, so be it. M.O.s are a PITA. I do PP, personal or bank check and wait to clear or no deal.
Calling out a member by name for this only reflects badly on you.
I don’t use an individuals real name on an Internet forums even if I am on a first name basis with that person. There is a reason people use screen names that are not their real names and that is anonymity. If you edit the post and click Go Advanced, you can edit the post header and remove his name.
If I have a question or issue regarding the E&E I will post and ask for some Mod advice. I’ve done it before.
